We welcome proposals for The Transformations Conference 2023 in Sydney, Prague, and online, July 11th-14th 2023. We welcome proposals responding to the overall theme of transformations and transformative partnerships for a better world. 

Things to note:

• You may save your proposal at any time by clicking on the "save" button.
• When you are ready to move onto the next section, click on the "save and next" button.
• Enter the abstract information in the corresponding session type section. Leave the other sections blank. 
• Submit only 1 session type proposal per application. You are welcome to go back and begin the process again with the login you created to submit another proposal for a different session type. 
• When you are ready to submit your proposal, click on the "save and finalize" button. 
• Once your proposal has been submitted, you will not be able to make any further edits. 
• We recommend that you prepare a draft your proposal in a separate document to cut and paste into the online submission form to avoid loosing any information, and save your proposal periodically while you are working in the online form. 
• Abstracts may be submitted in English. 
• Please only use standard abbreviations or define them in full.
• Check your word count. The online form will cut off any information that exceeds the maximum word count.
• All required fields (*) must be completed before submitting your proposal.
• Accuracy is the responsibility of the author. Abstracts will be published as submitted. Please ensure that all abstracts are carefully proofread before submitted.
• Deadline for submissions Round 1 ( primarily in person session focus) : Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023 at 11:59pm AEST.
• Deadline for submissions Round 2 (primarily online session focus) : Wednesday, March 29nd, 2023 at 11:59pm AEST.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
• Abstracts and proposals notification of outcome, Round 1: Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023. Round 2: Wednesday, April 19th, 2023.
